ABOUT ME
My name is Hanan, and I embarked on a personal development journey that transformed my life. Through step-by-step progress, I integrated sports, improved my nutrition, and strengthened my mindset. I have always been curious about how people change and how to instill sustainable change in their lives with the right support and guidance.
These experiences shaped my vision of becoming a person who helps others achieve fulfillment, starting with personal training. Motivated to deepen my skills, I pursued professional coaching training at Leasing & Coaching Academy, an ICF-accredited school. I am now an ACC ICF-certified coach and a Change Management Practitioner with expertise in the ADKAR model.
Combining my coaching expertise with a passion for helping people discover their potential, I created a comprehensive coaching program focused on four pillars: Body, Mind, Network & Relationships, and Career. These pillars form the foundation for building a fulfilled and joyful life. By pushing beyond their limits, my clients can unlock their full potential and seize opportunities for growth and success.
